Having surgery probably isn’t something you do very often, and most likely isn’t something you want to go through at all. We hear you, and we’re here to help.
We want to make your visit with us as smooth as possible. There are several things that need to happen before the day of your surgery.
First, you’ll have an appointment with one of our surgeons at their local office. They will discuss any problems you’re having, the procedure they recommend for you, and contact the surgical coordinator at our facility and schedule a time and date for your procedure. You’ll also receive a packet containing information about our facility, information about your day with us, directions and contact information to our location.
Second, our surgical coordinator will work with your referring office to get you registered in our system. Someone from our medical staff will call you to confirm your medical information and answer any questions you may have about your procedure.
Third, you’ll prepare for the day of your surgery. Please make sure you follow any pre-op instructions from your referring office and our facility. If you have any questions about your procedure, please contact our facility or your referring office.
It’s our goal to make you feel as prepared and as comfortable as possible on the day of your surgery. If you have any general questions about our office, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
